Melissa's DeLush Downlow: This certainly is a high-shine formula that looks incredibly pretty. It goes on smooth and evenly. However, I noticed some chipping by the 2nd day already. This could probably be avoided with a top coat, but it definitely wasn't no-chip on its own.
