Melissa's DeLush Downlow: Can't beat that description, can you? And to top it off...it's true! Though I haven't used the shadows wet (that just scares me), I find this shadow to be of amazing quality and concentration of color. With some creasing, though minor, through the day, it still impresses me with its texture and wearability. And can I help it if the girl in me loves the cute little compact?
