Melissa's DeLush Downlow: Wow, I wasn't prepared for this! I was told to get ready for some major tingling action once I put it on, so I waited. At first, it was just a little cool-feeling. "Big Deal", I thought. And then? Wow. MAJOR buzzing going on and I literally FELT my upper lip grow. That was a bit bizarre.
