What They Say: "Rhubarb - A warm, golden pink.
Burt's Bees added a kiss of color and pearlized shine to the World's Best Lip Balm and created a deliciously kissable collection of seven shimmering shades to soothe, smooth and highlight your lips."
Jen's Experience: I have always been a big fan of Burt's Bees products because they are so natural and they have always been very high quality. However, I think I am just going to stick to their original lip balm from now on. This balm has a nice color, but it doesn't have much shimmer to it at all (leading me to question the name). It is a light balm, and I find myself re-applying very frequently in order to keep my lips from drying out. Perhaps this works better for those who are more hydrated, but if you have a problem with dry lips, this is probably not the product for you.

What They Say: "Maintain supple kissability with our natural fruit flavored glosses. Available in cherry, lemon lime, raspberry and strawberry. .25 oz."
Melissa's DeLush Downlow: For me, this product line has been hit and miss. I love some things, and don't really fall in love with others. But you know me and lip gloss, so I had to find out about this. I have the cherry flavor (though I secrety wished I had tried the lemon-lime which I may still do). Texture is very soft, and it smells good going on. However, there is no real flavor once you're wearing it and the yummy smell goes away, too. It doesn't feel very substantial (though it does soothe), and I guess I sort of wanted more of a balm consistency. Also, it didn't last a very long time like some balms or glosses do. However, the subtle shine is pretty for clean-face days and it's something you can get lots of for little money to keep your lips hydrated.
